By placing an order for products on our website you “the customer” accept and agree to these conditions.
TERMS OF USE
Purchases from our online shop are for personal use only. You must not acquire goods from us online for resupply or reselling without prior authority.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
We ask you to choose your products carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
PRICES
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. They do not include shipping or handling costs.

SHIPPING
We deliver to any New Zealand Street address. We aim to make our shipping clear and simple with a flat rate delivery fee of $6.00. A Tracking number will be supplied once your order has been processed.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 -4 working days. You should expect delivery of your order within 2-6 days. Occasionally weekends/public holidays or severe weather conditions can cause a delay in delivery. Rural deliveries may take a further 2 days to arrive. This is beyond our control as these are handled by a third party.
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure you enter accurate information. All packages are dispatched using a trackable courier and will require a signature as proof of delivery. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We expect you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange provided the goods are in the original condition and unused. In the event that you have received damaged or faulty goods please contact as soon as possible to arrange a solution. We only accept return of products that have been directly purchased from our online shop. Please return goods within 14 days of receipt via a trackable courier, for your own protection. Refunds do not include your shipping costs.
