SHIPPING
We deliver nationwide to any New Zealand Street address. We aim to make our shipping clear and simple:
- Order value under $100 $6.00 delivery fee
- Order value over $100 FREE delivery
- A Tracking number will be supplied once your order has been processed.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. You should expect delivery of your order within 3 - 5 days. Occasionally weekends/public holidays or severe weather conditions can cause a delay in delivery.
- Rural deliveries may take a further 2 days to arrive. This is beyond our control as these are handled by a third party.
- To ensure successful delivery, please ensure you enter accurate information. All packages are dispatched using a trackable courier and may require a signature as proof of delivery.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
- COVID 19 Update. As a registered essential business we will continue to ship orders as usual Mon - Fri. During covid lockdown levels contactless courier deliveries will occur. Please state a safe place to leave parcel if no one will be home.
